In recent years, photovoltaic technology has become increasingly high-performance, enabling the development of cost-competitive plants, thus complementing the supply of conventional electricity and supporting decarbonization plans in line with the targets set at the European level. The development of photovoltaic projects has thus become an essential part of the strategic expansion of the PNE Group's business model.
In the development of our PV projects, we attach particular importance to the careful site selection for plants for utility scale offtake purposes. As with our wind farm projects, in South Africa we sell fully developed solar projects which are “ready to tender”.
If desired, we can also assist and support the investor as a service provider during the bidding and financial close phases.
